About Us

Marcia Eastlund and Prudy Mitchell are the founders of Akros Legal Nurse 

Consultants, LLC. They are both Registered Nurses and Certified Legal Nurse 

Consultants.  

Marcia Eastlund has over 30 years of active nursing experience in positions from staff nurse to Director of Nursing Services. Her experience includes hospital, orthopedic surgeon’s office, military and skilled nursing facilities.

Prudy Mitchell has over 30 years of active experience as a Registered Nurse, 15 of which have been as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility. Her experience includes staff development, rural hospital and Surgical Intensive Care.
